The Marijuana Business Operations Guide

Growing cannabis can be a challenge, but growing it profitably is even more difficult. The Marijuana Business Operations Guide was written to take most of the guess work out of designing, building, and operating both a dispensary and a cultivation center. The industry is currently flooded with “consultants”, lawyers, accountants and fringe players who charge a fortune and deliver knowledge that may help you put together an operation, but in the end will end up costing you much more because of what they left out. Can they operate a cannabis business profitably? This book will allow you to assemble all the parts and all of the personnel necessary to create a profitable, dynamic enterprise, and then sell it, obtain additional capital, or take it public.

Welcome to your site! We are always looking for information on how you successfully run your operation, or if you need help what sort of advice we can guide you to. We are all in this together – with the support of the believers, almost half the state in America are now medical marijuana friendly, and the tide will soon turn for the other half.

Latest news from the election this week – Ohio voters overwhelmingly sent a message to some would be entrepreneurs that if and when medical marijuana comes to the state, it is not going to be a privately run pig trough as some of investors originally thought. The proposed constitutional amendment — which would have limited raising marijuana to a small group of people who had invested upwards of twenty million to sway Ohio voters was tossed as the citizens realized that it was a poorly disguised attempt to create a monopoly among a few well heeled citizens.

This week is the Fourth Annual Marijuana Business Daily’s annual national fall conference. It will feature over 50 speakers, hundreds of booths, and some amazing presentation, lectures, and round tables designed for the business to business group within the industry. It’s in Vegas, begins Wednesday, and even though it may cost a little more to get a ticket now, it is worth every penny.
